LifeLink Team Members Volunteer at Metropolitan Ministries in Tampa, FL

For the 13th year in a row, the Tissue Bank staff came together to give our gift of time to Metropolitan Ministries Holiday tent. In mid-November, LifeLink team members helped those in need shop, sort food, haul groceries to cars (in the rain), handed out snacks, and played with the kids in the children area (none of the kids wanted to leave) and made sure to keep the tent area clean.  It was rewarding to see the smiling faces of those receiving their meal for the Thanksgiving Holiday.  Visit the Metropolitan Ministries website here to learn more about the organization.
